Establish A Team Agreement For Success

Whether you are a team leader or a team member, you need a clear understanding of your team’s purpose and direction.  A Team Agreement provides this alignment.  As a written document, it serves as a "contract" between the team members, the team leader, and the team sponsor, and spells out why the team exists, what it will accomplish, and how members will work together.
