Building A Dynamic Team

Establish A Team Agreement For Success

Whether you are a team leader or a team member, you need a clear understanding of your team’s purpose and direction.  A Team Agreement provides this alignment.  As a written document, it serves as a "contract" between the team members, the team leader, and the team sponsor, and spells out why the team exists, what it will accomplish, and how members will work together.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this session, you will be able to:

  • Establish a Team Agreement that clarifies your team’s scope, goal, and objectives
  • Define your role and responsibilities within the team process by using input from others; including team members, the team leader, and the team sponsor
