Evaluating Employee Performance

Assess Performance Efficiently And Effectively

Performance evaluation is not an annual event.  It’s an ongoing, interactive process that includes up-front planning and regular maintenance. It can be used effectively to recognize, reward, develop, redirect, and document performance, and also provides opportunities to solve problems and build strong working relationships.  It is one part of a continuous cycle that you can use to manage individual and organizational performance.
