Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this session, you will be able to:

  • Differentiate between behaviors associated with leading with structure and those associated with leading through involvement
  • Choose the appropriate leadership style to support employees by considering a number of variables (both task related and employee related)
  • Use five active listening techniques to develop employees into future leaders
