Effective communication is the essence of successful teamwork and improved organizational performance.  It is the vehicle for clear understanding, accurate interpretation, and purposeful action.  Giving and receiving feedback successfully is one of the most critical, yet difficult, communication skills in the workplace—a skill that is often neglected or underdeveloped.
