An organization’s success depends on the ability of its employees to live out its vision, mission, and values. An organization’s vision is its roadmap for the future; the mission describes the organization’s purpose; and the organization’s values define the manner in which your day-to-day activities are accomplished. As a manager, your success and that of your workgroup and organization depends not only on your ability to live the vision, mission, and values in your daily work, but also on your ability to inspire your employees to do the same.
